Loddiswell solar upgrade: second solar system to get closer to off-grid

Secondary system installation to create an off grid system.

A solar expansion project in Loddiswell, Devon, designed to maximise roof space and reduce reliance on the grid by integrating a second system with the existing setup.

By expanding generation and integrating the new system with the original, our client has reduced reliance on the grid so much that their electricity bills are now under £5 per month.

This was our client’s second solar system. With an existing system already installed on the main roof, the brief was to install a secondary solar system on the south-facing garage roof, add a second inverter, and integrate it with the existing system.
